Do you accept my insurance?

Azumaya Health is a direct to consumer clinic.  We do not accept health insurance and try to keep our cost very affordable.  

What if i did not get my prescription?

Please email or text us about your prescription issue and we will call you as soon as possible. 

Can i use my insurance for labs, imaging, and medications?

Yes, you can use your insurance for these services. We will try to get our patients the lowest local prices for any services or products without compromising quality.

What if i have no insurance?

Yes, you can become a member, regardless of career and life changes. Ninety percent of your medical care needs can be covered by your primary care physician's office. 

What will I get at Azumaya Health?

Quality care, respect, and a sense of ease when it comes to your specific health care needs.

Do i need to make an appointment?

Please leave a voicemail or email details of when you are available and we will try to accommodate you.  

Can I get same-day appointment?

Yes many times, same day appointments are available.  Please let us know as early that day as you can.  

what if i need medical care when i am out of town ?

If you are a member of Azumaya Health, you benefit from having access to your doctor regardless of your location (just schedule a telemedicine appointment or sent a message or text about how we can help). 

I have medicare, can i be a patient at azumaya health?

We do not accept any insurance, that includes private insurance, medicaid or medicare.  But we have very affordable second opinion visit options.
